Product Description

Brief introduction & equipment features
  • The furnace includes loading table, heating section, quenching& cooling section, unloading table, and control system. It is used to temper flat glass for architecture, furniture, home appliance, etc. The working flow: glass loading  heating  quenching  cooling  unloading.
  • Power saving: Matrix type heating wire distribution, exposed heating wire of upper furnace body, short heating time and fast production capacity are adopted. Scanning control is adopted for heating power, each scanning period is 3 seconds, so that the fluctuation of power supply network current is small. After adjusting the power required by the actual production process, the transformer with smaller capacity could be used to supply power.  For example, the total power of heating furnace is 1000Kw, which can be working with only 630KVA transformer.  Good heat preservation effect. In normal production, the temperature of furnace wall (square tube near ceramic roll) is less than workshop room temperature + 22 degrees.
  • Less air spot. Adopts patent technologies to improve the tempering quality.
  • Quick installation and diagnosis: adopts direct insertion connector to speeding up the installation and reducing wiring errors and shorten the installation greatly; as well as remote control device equipped with the equipment.

  • Loading section, heating furnace, flat quenching section and unloading section are equipped with independent driven system, their speed i adjusted via inverter and controlled by PLC automatically, working mode is shifted automatically.
  • Opening and closing of electric heating furnace, opening and closing of upper and lower air grids and balance adjusting of air pressure are all driven by motor; total air pressure adjustment is controlled by computer system; and frequency start-up and control is used for blower.   
  • The main drive of this furnace is equipped with protective emergency manual glass release function in case of power failure and automatic alarm in case of insufficient voltage and failure.
  • The air quenching adopts four different angles with a width of 50 mm. When the aluminium alloy air quenching 4 mm glass, the air pressure in the passage period is about 6500 PA (about 8000 PA is needed for narrow air quenching), so that the glass flatness can be easily controlled and the blower current can be reduced, thus saving electricity and controlling the glass flatness easily.
  • Wind grids in both passing and cooling sections can be adjusted independently (adjustable range is 50mm), so it is very convenient to adjust glass flatness.
  • There is a slag clearing hole at the front end of each air grid. When the production time is longer, impurities and dust in the air grid will block the air nozzles. After removing the slag clearing hole, it is very convenient to clean up the impurities and dust in the air grid.
  • The alarm inspection system monitors the operation status of the equipment systematically, such as automatic alarm when the equipment fails, and increase the monitoring of all motor operation status of the whole equipment on the general basis, such as automatic alarm if the motor is damaged or tripped (including furnace body elevator motor, windshield elevator motor, fan cooling fan, etc.); and Monitor the operation status of industrial computer, such as industrial computer will automatically alarm when it crashes. Each group of heating wire is also monitored. If the heating wire is abnormal, it will automatically alarm and cut off the power supply of the heating wire.            
  • Out-of-furnace inspection. The system automatically checks the glass loading length of each furnace when glass is out of the furnace. If the glass is small or the glass is blocked at the exist door of the furnace, it will automatically alarm and stop the next loading automatically.  
  • Breakage-proof function is specially designed to protect the furnace, there would be no breakage when processing 10-19 mm glass.


 
  1. Loading Section 
The loading section is composed of transmission rubber rollers, driving system and steel frame. Rubber roller runs smoothly to prevent scratch of glass during conveying. Driven independently by frequency conversion motor, which could work not only at step or continuous mode, but also run synchronously with heating furnace roller. The assembly segment has the function of product length measurement to realize the process control of the whole system.

Structure: Automation for Stone/Glass Cutting/Drilling/Edging/Washing/TemperingThe heating furnace body is welded by section steel and steel plate. The two ends of the heating furnace body are equipped with pneumatic door made of heat-resistant stainless steel. Heating furnace body is of vertical lifting type, equipped with a set of electric lifting device for furnace maintenance. Using high quality aluminium silicate insulating layer in the furnace through scientific sequencing and six-sided polishing technology, the thermal conductivity and heat storage capacity index are better, which can greatly improve the heat utilization efficiency and keep relatively low temperature outside the furnace. Space display points are set in the furnace.
Transmission and convey: The heating furnace body is driven by circular belt and arranged orthogonally, so that the system runs smoothly and reliably. The use of high quality fused quartz ceramic roller has good resistance to temperature sudden change, allowing rapid heating. Glass is oscillating on the roller in the furnace. The glass's travel and cycle are automatically adjusted by the length measuring device of the control system to track the glass's length so as to ensure that the heat in the furnace is evenly absorbed by the glass.
Heating elements & temperature control: The heating furnace is equipped with heating elements and temperature measuring elements. They are divided into a certain number of regions. The temperature of each region is controlled by computer separately. It is possible to customize different tempering processes. It is the most flexible control mode in this field. The heating element made of heat-resistant alloy is installed on the high temperature resistant bracket, which can prolong the service life and be easily replaced. Heating element: 0Cr21A6Nb
  1. the heating elements shall be arranged without gap. Electric heating control area: 360pcs each; heating element has strong oxidation resistance, good thermal stability and long service life.
  2. the upper and lower furnace bodies shall be designed with the same furnace temperature, and the surface load of heating element shall be reasonable to ensure that the upper and lower furnace bodies can synchronize the heat absorption of glass and better ensure the quality; Spray hardener for many times to improve the heat preservation effect of furnace body and reduce the thermal conductivity;
  3. the rear end of the upper furnace body is heated by convection fans (4 sets) to improve the glass surface quality;
  4. intelligent PID heating control is adopted, and the control accuracy is less than ± 3 degrees at constant temperature; Heating three-stage adjustment, which can automatically compensate the power according to the glass thickness, glass loading, and optimize the furnace temperature control accuracy; Thermal-couple 4mm to improve the response speed of temperature control.
  5. the heating output adopts three-phase electricity and in-phase polling heating to optimize the maximum power of the tempering furnace; The independent over temperature protection system can effectively prevent the over temperature of furnace temperature and furnace chamber, and can automatically heat the circuit breaker in sections. The color scale displays the temperature, and visually displays the deviation between the set temperature and the actual temperature.
 
Heating system: Compared with the traditional radiation plate heating method, the bare heating structure can greatly improve the heating efficiency and heating speed in the furnace, and provide the greatest convenience for the maintenance of heating devices; the lattice system can effectively enhance the temperature uniformity in the furnace.
Upper heating balance device: The heat balance system is composed of a plurality of transversely arranged high-temperature resistant stainless steel pipes, and each pipe is equipped with a plurality of regularly arranged convection nozzles. After the high-pressure air enters the furnace, it is heated and sprayed onto the glass surface to produce convection effect and accelerate the heating of the glass. The flow speed and time of the high-pressure air are controllable to adapt to the heating curves of different glass. The thermal balance control system can control the ejected air pressure in sections according to the production process requirements, so as to save the air source.

  1. Unloading Section  
The unloading table is the similar as the loading table.When the glass is transported to the end of the conveyor, the rollers will stop, and the glass can be taken away by hand, or by robot, if there is available at the customer's factory. In addition, for loading large glass, a pneumatic lifting device (glass width is more than 2 meters) is equipped for loading it from the side of the loading section.

  1. Blower system
The outlet of the blower is connected with the inlet pipeline of the air distribution chamber (or static pressure box) to isolate the mechanical vibration caused by the blower. In the air distribution chamber, the air pressure and air flow are homogenized. The air from the outlet of the air distribution chamber is sent to the upper and lower wind grid respectively, and then is ejected from the nozzle to quenching and cooling the glass.
