Automatic horizontal seaming machine is a special equipment for chamfering of glass airris. It has the characteristics of economy, high efficiency and automatic identification of glass width and thickness. It is suitable for processing architectural glass, insulated glass for doors and windows as well as mixed glass in specifications. It can also be connected into an automatic production line for batch and mass production.

Servo drive is used for glass conveying, synchronous transmission of rubber roller, escort of polyurethane press wheel and polyurethane side wheel make glass conveying more stable, positioning more precise and grinding more reliable.

The opening and closing of the grinding head is driven by imported gear reducer and servo motor, and driven by linear guide rail and helical gear rack. It has automatic opening and closing, small meshing gap, good wear resistance and repetitive positioning.
