Product characteristics:

1	Automatic horizontal seaming machine is a special equipment for chamfering of glass airris. It has the characteristics of economy, high efficiency and automatic identification of glass width and thickness. It is suitable for processing architectural glass, insulated glass for doors and windows as well as mixed glass in specifications. It can also be connected into an automatic production line for batch and mass production.
2	Servo drive is used for glass conveying, synchronous transmission of rubber roller, escort of polyurethane press wheel and polyurethane side wheel make glass conveying more stable, positioning more precise and grinding more reliable.
3	The opening and closing of the grinding head is driven by imported gear reducer and servo motor, and driven by linear guide rail and helical gear rack. It has automatic opening and closing, small meshing gap, good wear resistance and repetitive positioning.
4	The machine is controlled by PLC and provides human-computer interface, which features it high performance and easy operation
5	The glass positioning mode is of non-touching, after probe positioning the glass, it is not easy to wear and has longer service life.
6	Easily meet the processing requirements of 3-12 mm glass.
7	Double-row roller chain drive is adopted for transmission, which is more stable and quiet.
8	Opening and closing are driven by helical rack, with a speed of up to 50m/min, which is more accurate and durable.
9	The grinding head is designed with cross structure of upper and lower chamfers. The glass inlet and outlet can be ground thoroughly, thus reduce greatly the glass broken during tempering.
10	No need to rotate the grinding head, the positioning is more accurate and efficient. The failure rate is greatly reduced.
11	No extra cylinder is needed, the occupied width of machine is reduced by 500-700 MM.
